SIGRA Team Visits Anloga District to Assess Ongoing Projects

The Anloga District today received Mr. Evils Oto, Senior Governance Advisor on the SIGRA project, and his team as part of their official tour of project sites within the district.

The visit forms part of ongoing efforts to monitor progress and strengthen the implementation of SIGRA-supported initiatives. Among the key projects highlighted is a water extension project currently underway in the Dzita-Agbledomi Electoral Area, aimed at improving access to potable water for residents.

In addition, plans are in place to support and empower women-led organizations across the district, while feasibility studies have been successfully completed for the establishment of aquaculture farms in selected communities.

District authorities used the occasion to appeal for expanded coverage and increased support for these initiatives to accelerate socio-economic development and improve livelihoods across the district.
