Hon. Sandra Seyram Kpedor is the first female District Chief Executive of the district, appointed in April 2025. She leads the Assembly’s “Inclusion and Infrastructure” agenda, championing development initiatives that promote equity, access, and improved public services across the district

Mr. Emmanuel Dzakpasu serves as the head of administration for the Assembly. He oversees the day-to-day coordination of government business and plays a leading role in advancing the district’s OGP Local initiatives, ensuring transparency, participation, and responsive governance.
Hon. Joseph Kpattah is the Chairman of the General Assembly. In this role, he provides leadership during Assembly deliberations and supports effective decision-making, collaboration, and representation in local governance.
H.R.M. Togbi Sri III, the Awoamefia of the Anlo State, provides spiritual and traditional guidance to the Assembly. His role reflects the importance of culture, heritage, and customary leadership in promoting unity and development within the district.
