Anloga District Assembly holds Management Meeting

The Anloga District Assembly on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, held a Management Meeting to review the Assembly’s operations and discuss strategies for improving service delivery and the implementation of development programmes across the district.

The meeting brought together the District Coordinating Director, Heads of Departments and Unit Heads to assess the progress of ongoing activities, review departmental reports and address operational challenges affecting the Assembly’s work.

Discussions focused on revenue mobilization, project implementation, staff performance, administrative efficiency and preparations for upcoming Assembly programmes. Members also explored ways to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, enhance accountability and ensure the effective use of resources in achieving the Assembly’s development objectives.

The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment by management to uphold professionalism, improve institutional performance and work collectively towards delivering efficient, transparent and people-centered services for the socio-economic development of the Anloga District.
