Anloga District Assembly holds emergency meeting ahead of D-PAT 2026 programme

The Anloga District Assembly has held an emergency meeting to discuss preparations towards the District Performance Assessment Tool (D-PAT) Programme 2026 and ensure the Assembly is well positioned for the upcoming assessment.
The meeting brought together the District Coordinating Director, Heads of Departments, Unit Heads and other key officials of the Assembly to review the requirements of the D-PAT programme and identify areas requiring attention.
Deliberations focused on improving documentation, strengthening institutional processes, enhancing service delivery and ensuring that all departments work together to meet the expected standards. Members also discussed strategies for addressing gaps identified in previous assessments and improving the Assembly’s overall performance.
Management emphasized the importance of teamwork, accountability and timely submission of required reports and evidence to support the assessment process. Staff were encouraged to remain committed to their responsibilities and ensure that the Assembly’s programmes and activities are properly documented.
The meeting ended with a renewed commitment from all departments to collaborate effectively and implement the necessary measures to enhance the Assembly’s performance ahead of the D-PAT 2026 assessment.
