Hon. Kpatah Joseph Kwablah is an educationist and community development specialist with working experience with both local and Community Based Organizations (CBOs).

Hon. Kpatah Joseph is a teacher by profession trained at Ada Teachers Training College – ADA and a student of the University of Education, Winneba. where he successfully completed his education programme. He was posted to Okaniese suburb of Krachi East District in the Oti Region from 2005 to 2007 and was later transferred to Ketasco Basic from 2007 to 2010 to teach Maths And Science. He is currently the Physical Education tutor for Keta Senior High Technical School.

Hon.  Kpatah Joseph Kwabla is the elected Assembly member for the Blemazado Electoral Area in the Anloga District.

He was the Chairman for the Justice and Security Sub- Committee (2017 – 2019) for the Keta Municipal Assembly. He has also served as the sports Director for the Keta municipal Assembly

As an educationist , Hon. Kpatah’s  vision is to bring about social change and improve the quality of life in various areas such as Education, health, sanitation, local economic development and participatory governance.
