- Avoid Lateness to work
- Avoid leaving office early
- Leaking of confidential information e.g. pv no. Cheque no. and amount to the public
- Attend meetings to learn. For instance Assembly meetings.
- Learn the work. It will help you in your promotion interviews for instance, you need to know the vision of your organization, vision of the LGS.
- Training have been done to staff. I will take seriousness in staff promotion and the appraisals of staff.
- Take the performance appraisals seriously
- Watch your attitude.
- HoDs should take keen interest in the appraisal of their staffs
- Allowances, transfer grants are privileges and not sure rights. It is paid upon availability of funds. No one should refuse to work because such payments have not been made.
- Do analysis of revenue collection by GOG paid revenue collectors to see whether their are performing.
- Go to the market early in the morning to collect the revenue.
- Revenue collection can be improved when the DCD and DCE join the team to mobilize revenue. Their presence increases public compliance.
- Where an indicator is specific to an officer and during the monitoring and that indicator is not carried out then, the officer in charge should be held liable especially during his/her promotion.
- Conflict between officers due to small chops
- Learn to share with colleagues
- Be your neighbors keeper. Check on each other so that we can be of help to each other particularly in difficult times.
- DCD to ensure the functionality of the sub structures particularly the Whutti /Srogboe
- Take care of yourselves. Keeping money in your account without spending, you may die at anytime and different people will enjoy your properties.
- Organise periodic health screening exercises to avoid untimely deaths.
