The Anloga District Assemble has a well-established Client Service Unit currently located at the Records Management Unit.
The scheduled officer in charge of the Unit is Madam Georgina Gyewu. The Client Service Unit exist to;
Welcome visitors to the Assembly and assist them to locate various departments/ units
To provide service to clients that comes to the Assembly seeking for information and directions.
Receive petition (complaints) from individuals, groups, communities etc which would be resolved by PRCC and Management and feedback giving within two weeks.
